GENERAL
I have the right to decline your request for any reason.
My rendered art style is at a stage where it differs slightly from piece to piece. If ordering this type, you may specify which look you'd prefer from my examples and I'll try my best to match it, but only commission me if you are comfortable with some variations.
Please provide clear image references of your chosen character(s) and any specific details to be included. Extra costs may apply if I have to work off word descriptions only.PAYMENTS
I accept full upfront payment before starting.
Payment plans are available for $100+ commissions (e.g. 50% upfront, then 50% after approving the sketch/lineart). Please mention in the initial request if you require one.
Payments must be made within 72 hours of agreement to avoid cancellation.REVISIONS
At minimum, I will send progress pictures at the sketch, lineart and colouring stages to confirm if any revisions need to be made. Major changes (e.g. switching poses, adding details that were not specified in the quote) after the lineart phase may be charged $5+ unless caused by my own mistake. Minor changes may be requested within 48 hours of completion. Once approved and submitted, I will no longer make any more changes.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Delivery will take from 1 week to 2 months, depending on the service and my availability at the time. Unless a specific deadline is agreed upon, the ones I provide are estimates, not guarantees. By commissioning me, you agree to allow reasonable flexibility if a delay is communicated.
You must notify me if you want your commission done by a certain date, but whether I agree or not depends on my circumstances at the time.USE
I, as the artist, remain the copyright holder of the produced artwork. Therefore, I retain the right to use the artwork for personal and commercial purposes unless a privacy fee is paid.
You, as the commissioner, have the right to use the commission for personal purposes (including posting to social media, using as a profile picture or banner, printing for personal merch, etc.) with credit to me.
Do not use the artwork for commercial purposes (including reproducing and selling the work, or parts of the work for profit) without purchasing a commercial rights license.
Copying, tracing, and using the progress pictures or final work for AI or NFTs is prohibited.REFUNDS
Commissions that have not been started are fully refundable.
Commissions that have been worked on can be refunded up to 50%. Once colouring begins, I cannot issue a refund unless a situation occurs on my end.
Finished commissions are non-refundable.COMMUNICATION
The longest wait time for replies from clients will be 1 week unless notified beforehand. I will send another reminder after this time. If there is no reply for another week after the reminder is sent (2 weeks in total), your commission will be cancelled or continued without revisions.
